Rules & Regulations
We want your experience to be relaxing, memorable, and enjoyable. Please follow these rules to allow for a safe and happy environment. The management at 7A Resort reserves the right to refuse admittance or ask a guest to vacate if policies are violated.
RESERVATIONS
General
Age Requirements
All guests booking must be 21 years or older. All guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult 21 years or older during their stay.
Minimum Nights Stay
Cabins
For reservations made one year in advance, we require a five-night stay. In January of the same year, we will begin accepting three-night minimum reservations for the summer season. We require a three-night reservation for all holidays, unless a shorter stay is available. In the off season, we require a two-night minimum for advanced reservations (with some exceptions). One night reservations can be taken one day in advance.
Lodges
For reservations made one year in advance, we require a five-night stay. In September of the prior year, we will begin accepting three-night minimum reservations for the summer season (Memorial Day-Labor Day). In the off season, we require a two-night minimum for advanced reservations, exceptions can be made during the week in the off-season.
Deposits
50% (+tax) deposit at time of reservation. For one night stays, we require full payment at time of booking.
This amount will be credited to your total bill upon check-in.
Check-In
Check-in is anytime after 4PM for cabins and lodges. Early check-in times are sometimes permitted, but only when the unit is clean & ready for occupancy.
All guests must check-in and register at the 7A Office upon arrival.
At check-in, you will receive: car passes, wristbands, and keys.
Payment and proof of ID is due upon arrival. For after hour or remote check-ins, the balance will be charged automatically to the credit card on file.
Please contact our office if you plan on arriving outside of office hours.
Check-Out
Cabins: 11:00 AM
Lodges: 10:30 AM
Approval required for late check-out. Charges may apply.
Prior to checking out, guests should wash, dry, and put away all used dishes. Trash needs to be placed in an outside trash receptacle. Please pick up and dispose of all trash and cigarette butts outside.
Keys need to be brought back to the office or placed in the mailbox on the porch.
A determined fee will be assessed for any unit that requires extra cleaning or has damage to the furniture or property. There will be a charge for guests who neglect to leave their key upon checkout. Amenities access ends at check-out.
Refunds
Cancellations
Must be made by phone.
6 weeks notice required for 75% deposit refund (90 days notice for lodges)
No deposit refund if cancelled less than 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Within 7 days of the arrival date: full balance charged to credit card on file.
For year in advanced reservations, a 25% fee will be assessed for any nights canceled from your reservation. For example, if you reduce your stay from 5 nights to 3 nights, we will assess a 25% fee of the nightly rate for each canceled night.
Weather
Sorry, but we cannot offer refunds due to weather conditions.
GROUNDS
River
respect
Please respect the river and Mother Nature.
No littering, nailing into trees, or destroying the landscape.
Registration
All river and cabin guests must be registered.
Everyone enjoying the river must have a 7A Ranch wrist band.
Safety
There is no lifeguard on duty. All guests swim at their own risk.
No diving or jumping from trees. (The river bed is uneven).
All dogs must be on a leash and should never be tied up or unattended.
No glass containers.
No fires.
Pool
Hours
The pool is open from 9AM-10PM daily.
REGISTRATION
The pool is only available for 7A registered overnight guests.
Safety
There is no lifeguard on duty. All guests swim at their own risk.
Jumping or diving is not allowed at the pool.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
All children must either be potty-trained or in a swim diaper to enter the pool.
Outdoors
Fires
Small fires are allowed in designated fire pits except during a burn ban.
Fires should not be left unattended and must be put out before going to bed.
It is the guest's responsibility to be aware of any burn ban in place.
No fires may be built along the river.
fireworks/firearms
Fireworks are prohibited at all times.
Open display or discharge of firearms is prohibited
and guests will be asked to leave the property.
Knives and other weapons not supplied with
the kitchen are also prohibited on property.
Tents
Tent camping is not allowed on the 7A Resort Property.
Recreational Vehicles
No recreational vehicles are allowed on the property at any time.
This includes but is not limited to:
four-wheelers, golf-carts, go-carts, and Polaris vehicles.
GENERAL POLICIES
Occupancy

LODGES have a max occupancy of 40 guests.
All other units have a max occupancy listed within the description.
If more guests are found to be staying at the unit, 7A Ranch will charge
an additional $100 per person per night. All guests will be provided a 7A Ranch wrist band to wear during their stay. An addition guest is defined as anyone walking-age or older.
Guests
All day guests must be registered as Day River Guest at the front office and pay the applicable fee.
Max amount of day guests during the summer season is 2 people total per unit.
Please notify the 7A Office of all day guests.
Day Guest do not have access to the swimming pool.
Pets
All pets must be on a leash when outside of your lodging. Leash can be no longer than six feet and must be handled by a person of adequate strength to ensure it cannot break loose. All pet waste must be picked up immediately. Pets are not allowed to be left unattended at any time, nor are they permitted in any pools, with the exception of registered service animals. Should a pet display aggression or another guest complain to management about a pet's behavior it is solely at the management's discretion whether the pet be removed from the property. 7A Ranch assumes no liability, implied or otherwise, for the actions of any animal resulting in injury or damage. Owners must have shot records in their possession while on the property. Pet fences are not permitted.
Sorry, no pets in the LODGES, PIONEER TOWN INN & CLASSIC RIVER QUAD.
Pets are permitted in Classic, Cantina and Loft cabins ONLY.
Our pet charge is $25 per pet per night with a maximum of 2 pets per unit.
If we find unreported pets, a pet fee will be assigned plus an additional $50 charge.
Neighborly Respect
Quiet Hours
Quiet time is from 10PM until 8AM.
Please be respectful of other guests. Outside of quiet time, music should only be loud enough for the guests at your cabin or unit to hear.
This also applies to guests at the river.
Also remember, 7A is a family-friendly resort. Offensive language or behavior will not be tolerated.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in all units. A fee of $200 will be assessed for anyone who smokes inside a unit. Please dispose of all cigarette butts properly. Please do not throw cigarette butts on the ground.
Smoking not allowed in the swimming pool area.
Littering/Trash
Please place all trash in trash receptacles closest to your unit.
Please place all cigarette butts in appropriate containers.
Water balloons and confetti eggs are not allowed on the premises.
Maintenance
Upon Check-IN
The guest must review the cabin or unit upon check-in and immediately let the front desk know of any problems. Maintenance requests will be responded to as quickly as possible following notification.
During Your Stay
If there is a problem with your cabin or unit, please contact the front office immediately to report the issue. Our maintenance staff will attempt to fix the problem in a reasonable amount of time.
If a problem is not reported to the front office, we cannot fix it and the guest will not be refunded any portion of the bill. If the problem is not fixable or interrupts your stay for an unreasonable amount of time (12+ hours after report), a manager will work with you to correct the issue.
Refunds will not be given for issues reported at checkout.
Lost & Found
Items left at 7A Ranch can be mailed back to customers for a minimum fee of $25 plus the cost of shipping. After 30 days of being held, items are donated to a local consignment store.
